ACA Casual Staff Application

We are always on the look-out for talented individuals to join our busy call centre. The position is casual but as an integral part of the Market Research Interviewing team, you are responsible for acquiring, gathering and the collection of accurate and quality information. To apply, fill in the form at the bottom of the page.

A good interviewer will be honest, have a natural affinity to talk to people over the telephone, while always having high regard for our specific interviewing guidelines. Your friendly, professional manner and approach is the key to successful interviewing.

Duties and Tasks

• Telephone interviewing: involves conducting scripted surveys over the telephone with business and/or consumer respondents
• Face to face interviewing: involves conducting surveys with respondents offsite, either on a street or in a shopping centre (only on an ad-hoc basis)

Please note: Previous Call Centre/Contact Centre, Outbound Calling, Telemarketing or Telesales background will be well regarded. All successful applicants will undergo comprehensive training.

Shift Availability

Depending on the amount of work available we run day, night and occasional weekend shifts. Please note: Interviewers must be available for a minimum of 3 days per week.

Overseas Students/Travellers

If you are not an Australian citizen or Permanent resident of Australia you must provide a valid working visa. You must show proof that you are eligible to work in Australia.
