Established in 1993, ACA Research has a long history of research excellence. James Organ is the Managing Director and has been with the company since inception. James’ vision was to develop a specialist research organisation that truly supports business decision-making and his passion and strong leadership continue to drive the organisation to this day. James is supported by a strong team who have both specialist knowledge as well as the curiosity to keep learning and developing so that ACA Research continues to grow.

Jane has a strong grounding in a variety of different industries, delivering projects in both the retail and youth markets before moving into the automotive sector.
Lizzie is quite experienced across managing large scale research programs for commercial property landlords, conducting customer personas, segmentations, development assessments and brand targeting.
Hannah has been engaged in quantitative projects in the automotive, and construction sectors. She is an invaluable member of the ACA Research team.
Joanne has been engaged in quantitative projects through brand tracking and numerous ad hoc projects across automotive, financial and telecommunications sectors.
Andrew is the go-to guy for anything IT related, from network admin to survey programming and data management.
